Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. At this time, I am private pay only.

How much are your services?
My fee is $140/session.

What type of issues do you address? What are your specialties?
I have a lot of experience with many different issues, however, the issues I work more specifically with are: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, codependency. Click HERE to learn more about my services.

What type of sessions do you offer?
I offer: in-person sessions, Telehealth sessions, and walking sessions.

How long is each session?
A full session is 60 minutes. We will spend 50 minutes talking/in session together; and the remaining 10 minutes I use that time to write progress notes from our session.

Do you see children for therapy?
No, I see clients 18 years old and up.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?
Absolutely! Y’all means all! :)

Do you do family, couple, or marriage counseling?
The short answer is, no. I focus on mainly the individual, however, in rare cases I may conduct a session with another individual for therapeutic reasons. In this case, this would never be a surprise to all parties involved.

Do you prescribe medication?
No, I am not qualified to prescribe medication.

How often should I come?
This answer depends on each individual, however, we will discuss to determine this answer taking into consideration your: symptoms, frequency symptoms, schedule, financial situation.

Are you faith-based, christian, therapist?
No. I take a non-judgmental approach and accept and welcome all race, religions, and sexual orientations. I am constantly learning, educating myself, and am always open to learning new ways to help cater to these communities.

Do I have to have a specific problem/issue to work on?
No, you do not need to have a specific problem to start therapy. Many people seek therapy for a variety of reasons, such as improving their relationships, managing stress, exploring personal growth and development, or simply wanting to enhance their overall well-being.
